
Kourtney Kardashian dropped a whopping 45 lbs after giving birth to her second child, Penelope, which she said was harder than after she gave birth to Mason, her first born. Kourtney shared her diet and exercise regime in the latest issue of US Weekly, revealing she turned to Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance workouts and smaller portion sizes.
Kourtney will definitely be sharing her secrets with younger sister Kim, who just announced that she was expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West. The excited big sister tweeted last week, "Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!"
