Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made their first major appearance since announcing they were expecting their first child, as they attended a swanky party at the pricey 1Oak nightclub in Las Vegas. Kim looked sleek in a black lace dress, and Kanye followed suit in a fitted black tuxedo.
After Kanye sang the crowd of 5,000 and Kim at his Revel Resort concert, "Now you're having my baby, and it means so much to me," Kim opened up about her big secret on her blog.
"It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby," she posted. "We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us."
