Kourtney Kardashian has shed 45 pounds since giving birth to her second child Penelope in September, and she showcased the weight loss on this week's cover of Life & Style magazine. According to the magazine, Kourtney's been working out by jogging, doing lunges or the Tracy Anderson Method.
"When I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy," Kourtney previously told Us Weekly of her post-baby diet. "After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven't done that this time."
In this issue of US Weekly, Kourtney will speak about her diet, her walking workout and snacks that help burn calories.
