Looks like third time will be the charm for superstar Janet Jackson, who reportedly got engaged to Qatari billionaire Wissam al Mana over the holiday. The couple have been dating since 2010, and according to US Weekly Wissam proposed to Janet with a "huge, expensive ring."
The magazine also claims that Janet and Wissam are planning a Spring wedding. One source revealed that the pair's ceremony will undoubtedly be 'a circus,' and Al Mana plans to hire a "top chef to create a custom menu."
