According to TMZ, Heidi Klum's ex-husband Seal has made a formal offer on a sleek new home in Los Angeles.
Their sources say that the singer has snatched up a 5,500 square foot mansion in the neighborhood of Brentwood which hit the market only 18 days ago. The asking price? A cool six milly.
The home is three stories and consists of four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace in the master bedroom, a media room, a gym, and two separate kitchens. Also, the home runs on green energy, which is pretty freaking cool.
