Kim Kardashian Unveils Painful Looking Mouth Sore at Airport

Kim Kardashian's natural beauty was tarnished from a large mouth sore, which seemingly popped up overnight, and was front and center on her face when she arrived to Miami airport on Sunday. Kim wore sunglasses inside the airport, but there was nothing that could detract from the painful looking sore.
Kim spent the past week in Kuwait and Bahrain, where she opened a series of Millions of Milkshakes chains, and her schedule isn't slowing down one bit as she returned to filming her spin-off series "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."
