Lindsay Lohan Hires Private Ivestigator to Dig Up Dirt on Accuser

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly hired a private investigator to delve into her accuser, Tiffany Mitchell's private life. Lohan allegedly believes that she's been "set up" in the NYC bar fight, and she's not letting Mitchell get off easy in the case.
In retaliation Mitchell has hired high-powered lawyer Gloria Allred to represent her in the case, and the two reportedly talked for three hours in-depth about the altercation. Allred confirmed that she's working for Mitchell, but didn't reveal any details about the case.
Lindsay's father Michael also weighed in on the situation, "Why would (Mitchell) want such a high-profile lawyer if she didn't do this whole thing for self-promotion and publicity?," Michael Lohan told the NY Daily News. "As much as I think Lindsay was wrong for being at that club, at that hour, 'partying' and not taking care of her addictions, I will defend her when she is right. This woman Tiffany Mitchell, is a lying phony, who'd better read her own cards because they aren't looking so good to me!'"
