Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry has dropped all charges against her fiance Olivier Martinez after it was reported that the actress will pay for all of Gabriel's medical and legal fees. Gabriel and Olivier had been aggressively battling each other following a serious Thanksgiving brawl.
One source told Radar Online, "The settlement that was reached between Halle and Gabe in the aftermath of his arrest for allegedly getting into a fight with Olivier Martinez, includes an agreement that the couple will pay for the Canadian model's legal and medical bills."
The source added, "Without admitting ANY guilt, Olivier agreed to pay for Gabe's medical bills because he suffered the brunt of the injuries from the fight."
Gabriel has also dropped his plans to make a restraining order against Olivier permanent after they had reached a settlement. He also regained visitation rights with his daughter Nahla, whom he was spotted out with on Friday.
