Kim Kardashian Meets With Cancer Stricken Girl in Kuwait

Kim Kardashian showed just how big of a heart she had by meeting with a young cancer stricken fan while visiting Kuwait. The young girl was reduced to tears after meeting with Kim, which was set up by a Make-A-Wish type organization.
Kim's mission for her trip was to give back to the country and educate herself on the crisis in the Middle East. She has been in the area for over a week, opening several Millions of Milkshake chains, but has met with the US Ambassador soon after arriving in Kuwait.
