Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Have Peace Settlement With Ex

Halle Berry and her fiance Olivier Martinez have come to a peace settlement with Halle's ex and father of her child Gabriel Aubry following the now-infamous Thanksgiving brawl. Halle's attorney Blair Berk announced the settlement outside of court in the most peaceful way imaginable- with a piece of paper.
Berk held up a sheet to the media, reading "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."
Gabriel's attorney Shawn Holley also agreed that the model was included in the statement. TMZ revealed that the three adults were working hard to come to agreeable terms on the incident, while Gabriel showed up to court in person and Halle stayed at home with Olivier.
