Thanksgiving 2012 is a day that Halle Berry likely wants to forget, as it's the day her fiance and father of her child got into a massive brawl in the early afternoon hours. And it seems that the A-list actress is putting everything behind her, and selling her Hollywood Hills home for a cool $15 million.
TMZ spoke to several real estate sources familiar with the deal, who revealed that Halle gave a prominent realtor a pocket listing, or an unadvertised listing. The realtor, Billy Rose, has a long history with the home, as he was the previous owner, who completely renovated it and sold the home to "Malcom in the Middle" Frankie Muniz.
Halle recently got an offer of $11 million for the home, but TMZ reveals that she's holding out for more.
