Kanye West Deposed in Kim Kardashian's Divorce Case

Kanye West has been dragged into Kim Kardashian's seemingly never ending divorce case with Kris Humphries, as the basketball player has made Kanye sit for a deposition in the case. Kim's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, made her case in court on Wednesday, asking the judge to make Kris hurry up his case, because "She [Kim] is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."
Wasser added that Kris and his lawyers are now making a move raise issues about the prenup Kris signed, which essentially left him with nothing. She said that Kris and his lawyers are treating the case like a "fishing expedition," as he hasn't even deposed Kim yet.
The judge has set a trial date for February 15th, which is fitting, considering it's the day after Valentine's Day.
