Halle Berry's Ex Facing Criminal Charges Over Fight

Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry's ex and father of their daughter, is facing battery charges after getting into an altercation with Halle's fiance, actor Oliver Martinez, after dropping off his daughter at Halle's home. Aubry was initially arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery when police responded to a call at Halle's home saying he had gotten into a brawl with Martinez.
After being treated for some serious facial injuries Aubry was booked at the L.A. county jail, where he was released shortly after posting a $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 13th.
