Miley Cyrus Dismisses Crying Fan in Airport

Miley Cyrus shocked onlookers as she dismissed a beyond hysterical fan at JFK on Monday night, which seemed to really freak the pop superstar out. To be fair, Miley had just been granted a restraining order against her jailed 'Scissor Stalker,' and was probably apprehensive against hysterical fans.
During a video obtained by the paparazzi Miley can be heard saying, "I can't if she's crying," implying that she wouldn't take a picture with the crying girl. Miley ended up posing for one photo with the girl, who buried her head in her hands while Miley smiled away.
