Kim Kardashian Emerges in Miami Looking Rough

Kim Kardashian looked to be feeling the effects of jetsetting half-way around the globe and back, as the reality star emerged in Miami, looking worse for the wear. Kim showed signs of wearing too much pore-clogging make-up, as she suffered break outs around her chin, and sported dark circles under her eyes.
The normally image-conscious Kim threw caution to the wind and stepped out of her hotel with no makeup on, a black tank top, leather pants and high heels. She didn't even throw on a pair of sunglasses to hide her tired eyes until she had already stepped into her tinted SUV.
