Kim Kardashian landed in London on Wednesday, rocking a special ring on her right hand, which were Kanye's initials "KW." Kim previously shouted out her boo by wearing "KW" earrings, and now she has the ring to match.
Later that evening Kim got a visit from her superstar boyfriend, who looked very understated for his trip to London, wearing a sweater, track pants and running shoes.
