Lindsay Lohan is under the impression that police are out to get her, or at least that's what she's reportedly been telling friends. The oft-troubled actress is facing charges for allegedly lying to police about being behind the wheel of her rented Porsche when it crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler.
According to TMZ, Lindsay is still telling friends that she wasn't behind the wheel of the Porsche when it crashed, but authorities beg to differ, and are planning to prosecute Lindsay for lying. Lindsay has been sticking by her story of being in the passenger seat at the time of the accident, but eyewitnesses say she was manning the wheel.
Lindsay is reportedly "terrified" of ending back up in the slammer, which is a likely possibility considering Judge Stephanie Sautner promised Lindsay that she would be violating her probation if she broke the law again.
