Michael Strahan Unloads Swanky L.A. Beach House

NFL legend and "Live!" co-host Michael Strahan took a $150,000 hit on his Hermosa Beach home, but the outcome could've been a lot worse, considering he picked up the house at the height of the over-inflated real estate market. Michael paid $2,050,000 for the place, and sold it for somewhere around $1.85 million, according to TMZ.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, an elevator and is less than one block from the Pacific Ocean.
