Miley Cyrus is normally pushing the limits with her fashion, but she might have reached the stopping point, as the teen superstar tweeted a photo of herself, and it appears that she's pantsless. The photo showed Miley and her 12-year-old sister Noah looking scared while standing next to a Halloween decoration.
While Miley's pantless look was well received at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, something tells us that she'll receive some backlash over the photo.
