Normally birthdays are a joyous occasion, but by the expressions on Katy Perry and John Mayer's faces they weren't having the best time in NYC while celebrating his 35th birthday. The 27-year-old pop star could barely crack a smile while exiting their hotel.
Earlier in the day John and Katy looked glum as they went to a low-key lunch at ABC Kitchen in the West Village.
