Country mega star Jason Aldean was caught cheating on his wife with "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr over the weekend, and has since apologized for his "drunken mistake." Jason's careless antics were all caught on tape and released to TMZ.
The photos show Jason making out with Brittany at a very popular and crowded bar on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. Neither seemed to be hiding anything from the patrons or people passing by the bar, as Brittany straddled Jason right in front of a window looking out onto the street.
Jason released a statement Monday morning, saying "The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself." And then adds, "I left alone and that's the end of the story."
Jason has been married to his high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery since 2001, and the couple have two children together.
