Amanda Bynes Drives on Suspended License & Smokes Out of Pipe

Actress Amanda Bynes seems to be in a slump right now, as TMZ obtained photos of her driving around L.A. alone in her car while smoking on what appears to be a drug pipe. Amanda can be seen smoking out of the pipe, which is shaped like a car cigarette lighter, both during the day and at night, all while driving on a suspended license.
Photos inside Amanda's beat up ride show remnants of what appears to be marijuana in her cup holder amongst trash, food bags and dog hair strewn throughout her car.
TMZ reports that Amanda started her day off at Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley, and then she stopped off at a spa, where she spent three hours inside. Later, she ended up at the Home Depot, and before going in she took a couple of hits off her pipe.
The site confirmed that Amanda was in fact driving on a suspended license after the DMV cut off her driving privileges on August 25th. It's suspected that her rights were taken away after she refused to take a breathalyzer when she was pulled over for a DUI in April. Any refusal of a breathalyzer usually results in automatic suspension by California law.
