Miley Cyrus looked like a true 90's grunge Queen in New York on Thursday afternoon, where she spent the day nabbing up quirky duds from the dozens of boutiques lining the street of the East Village.
Since she's gotten her controversial cropped haircut Miley has completely adopted a punk style, which is a stark contrast from her squeaky clean Disney persona she was introduced to the world with.
