Rumors circulating that Janet Jackson needed help from the Michael Jackson estate to pay mortgage on her Las Vegas "condo" are plainly false. Turns out, the home isn't a condo, and Janet doesn't have any mortgages. The woman has sold 100 million albums worldwide. There's no reason for her to have a mortgage.
Janet's attorney set the record straight anyways, for any lingering doubters. According to lawyer Blair Brown, the home has never had a mortgage, as she purchased it outright for her mother Katherine Jackson 10 years ago. He added that Janet plans to continue supporting her mother unconditionally.
