Katherine Jackson Returns to L.A. Amidst Serious Family Drama

After being whisked away to Arizona by her children in an alleged plot to get their mother to try and overthrow the executors of the Michael Jackson estate, Katherine Jackson has been safely returned to Los Angeles. However, in the time she's been away much has happened regarding Michael's three young children.
TJ Jackson, the son of Tito, is currently in court attempting to gain temporary guardianship of Blanket, Prince and Paris, claiming that Katherine was not providing adequate supervision for the children. TJ has been acting as a parent for the children and TMZ reports that all of the children love him and want TJ to become their legal guardian.
Lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate are also in the courtroom with TJ to support his bid for temporary guardianship. Katherine's lawyers are on hand to provide "specific never-before-heard details about Katherine's disappearance," according to TMZ. The details will reportedly affect TJ's bid.
