Halle Berry Rushed to Hospital After Hitting Head on Set

Halle Berry was busy shooting a fight sequence for her new movie "The Hive" when she hit her head on concrete after taking a nasty fall. Producers rushed the superstar off to the hospital where her rep told TMZ "She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."
Halle plays a 911 operator who takes a call from a girl abducted and put into the trunk of a car. The kidnapping plays out in real time as Halle races against the clock to hunt down the killer.
This is the second time Halle has been injured on set of a movie. In 2011 she broke her foot on set of "The Atlas," which kept her from walking the carpet at the Oscars that year.
