Justin Bieber Files Harassment Charge in Freeway Chase

Just days after police pulled Justin Bieber over for reckless speeding on the 101 Freeway in L.A. the teen heartthrob has filed suit against the paparazzi chasing him, claiming they endangered his life as well as several others.
A CHP officer dropped by the set of Justin's new music video to take a statement from him after the singer filed a harassment complaint.
TMZ revealed that Justin originally reached out to officers on Friday, claiming that the paparazzi in question was driving more erratically than the other photogs on his tail.
In a funny twist the photog in question was actually at Bieber's shoot taking photos and in turn gave his statement to the police on what he claims happened during the chase.
Police took the statements of both Bieber and the photog and are now investigating the entire situation.
