Terrell Owens just can't open his wallet wide enough for the creditors breaking down his door, as the embattled former NFL star is facing foreclosure on his Miami Beach condo, which he owes over $1 million on.
The condo is one of the last homes that Owens owns after being forced to sell off all of his other properties, including the recent sale of his Dallas condo.
Deutsche National Bank sued him in April, claiming he still owes $1.47 million on the property and hasn't made a payment in 6 months. Mortgage documents attached to the lawsuit reveal that Owens took out a $1.5 million loan from the bank in 2006, and was on time with every payment until November 2011.
Terrell looked over the lawsuit and claims the bank "lacks standing" to forclose on his property.
Seems like Terrell's reality check bounced, as he refuses to admit there’s an outstanding balance problem.
