Charlie Sheen's upcoming sitcom, Anger Management, has yet to air, but the show is already in deep trouble, as a lawsuit was resurrected over who created it.
Famed producer Joe Roth, responsible for such titles as "Major League" and "Bachelor Party," is being sued by Jason Shuman, who claims he's responsible for turning the Adam Sandler flick into a television show.
Shuman added that he and Roth had a deal and they agreed that he would get a huge chunk of the profits from Anger Management, but Shuman now says that Roth is backing out of the deal, and he was Roth to pay up. Shuman is asking for $50 million in damages.
