Usher Dragged Through Another Messy Custody Battle

Usher has been tangled in a messy custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka for a while now, but he just got a double dose of the action, as Usher's brother's ex-wife dragged him into their custody battle as well.
TMZ broke the news after obtaining documents filed in Georgia, in which Usher's half-brother James claims that he's spending beyond his means with the $1,300 a month he's giving his ex-wife Martina.
Martina shot back at the claims, saying "Given his opulent lifestyle, he has substantial income and assets available to him. He produces music with and for his brother Usher, he owns a recording studio, receives royalties, and owns a home and has several cars."
Looks like Usher won't be out of the baby mama drama for a while.
