It's not that it's uncommon for male celebrities to insure their body, but in the case of soccer superstar David Beckham it may make the most logical sense. It's reported that the MLS athlete spent up to $70 million to keep his legs as strong as possible due to his profession. But it can also be said that since he's in shorts the majority of the time, he may be trying to impress female soccer fans.
