The 2012 BMW 1-Series left on-lookers with nothing but smiles when consumers got a look at the new design. But it may have brought a frown to some as the vehicle will not likely be sold in the US anytime in the near future.  This new BMW model also refers back to frequently aforementioned compact concept which is a step in a new direction for the brand. The entire build of the BMW seems to have bulked up a bit as a result of this new compact theme but that may not necessarily been a bad thing. It adds a bit of fierceness to the rather sleeker-looking vehicle.
