LA Dodgers superstar Matt Kemp is unloading his luxurious LA condo at the glitzy Carlyle Residences, where Larry King also resides, which comes as no surprise after he signed a $160 million contract extension in 2011.
Kemp's amazing pad features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, marble baths, an outdoor terrace and an extra-large master bedroom. Also included in the deal are extra amenities like a full service doorman, valet, climate-controlled pool, private elevator for EACH resident, wine cellar and round the clock concierge service.
So, what will this high caliber estate run you? Well, a cool $2.5 million is the asking price on Matt's abode.
