With a $2 billion empire resting under her feet, Kathy Ireland sits comfortably on the throne known as "the world's richest supermodel". On top of her 2 billion dollar fashion empire, Ireland has a net-worth of $350 million according to Forbes magazine.
The 48 year old ex-cover girl is featured in this month's (February 2012) magazine. Diving into the fashion mogul's life, the cover of the Forbes magazine states that Ireland's household items are even outselling that of Martha Stewart. That is something to be proud of.
Kathy Ireland, who started modeling at age 17, and was a major supermodel in the 1980's, is a perfect example for young women all over the world as how to strive for greatness.
