For most women a Hermes Birkin bag is a special handbag that they save up for years to own or treat themselves to one once they come into money. But if you're Kim Kardashian you have a closet full and use one as your gym tote to carry all your sweaty duds post-workout.
Kim was recently spotted leaving a L.A. gym with a patent black version of the bag, which can cost anywhere from $9,000-$150,000 per bag.
