Camila Alves got engaged to longtime boyfriend Matthew McConaughey over the holidays, but she just showed off her shiny new ring at the QVC catwalk show at New York Fashion Week.
The rose cut diamond was the perfect and only accessory she wore to the event, which went perfectly with her red lacy dress and black jeweled pumps.
