Allen Iverson's Wages Garnished to Pay $800K Jewelry Bill

Former NBA superstar Allen Iverson has been hit hard financially after a judge ruled that his wages be garnished in order to pay for a mind blowing $859,896 jewelry bill.

The jeweler, Aydin and Co., initially sued Iverson in 2010 for the unpaid $375,000 bill he owed, but it was inflated to $859,896 when they tacked on interest, court costs and attorney fees.

Iverson is said to have made $154 million throughout his lengthy NBA career, $20 million of which was made in 2008-09. He was not signed by an NBA team this year and played previously overseas in Turkey before quitting.
