Randy Jackson is going after his baby mama, Alejandra Jackson, who has a sordid past with the family, seeing as how she has two children with Randy's brother Jermaine.
Alejandra got a monumental child support judgement from Randy, but he was still ordered to pay her monthly child support, which he's neglected to pay for months. Alejandra took Randy to court over $600,000 in missed payments.
Randy has filed legal documents to try an undo Alejandra's judgement, claiming that he shouldn't have to pay her after a deal was struck in 1993. The deal offered to let Alejandra live at the family's Encino, CA compound and in return he wouldn't have to pay child support. On top of the living arrangements Randy said Alejandra was provided with food, utilities, maids, cooks security guards, telephones, gardeners and expensive cars.
Randy is claiming that Alejandra's gotten way more than the $600,000 she's asking for and he shouldn't have to pay the late child support fees.
