Russell Brand Drops $1.6M on New Bachelor Pad

Russell Brand is adjusting to single life quite well, seeing as how he just picked up a sweet $1.6 million bachelor pad in Los Angeles.

The new home is guarded behind a large privacy gate and features a swimming pool, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors and large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. Not too shabby.
