Nicole Richie: "I Don't Know How to Put on Makeup"

Nicole Richie may always get it right with her fashion, but when it comes to makeup the fashionista admits that she doesn't have a clue.
"I actually don't know how to put on makeup -- at all... I have to get it done every time I want to wear makeup. I do not know how to wear it at all. It's so bad."
However, she does admit that she can do her hair quite well, but the only makeup she owns is "under eye concealer, Maybelline mascara, and an eyelash curler."
