After moving out of his condo just nearly a month ago Chris Brown has upgraded to a chic 3-bedroom bachelor pad for $1.5 million. He scored a great deal on the place, which was listed at $2,669,000 just two years ago.

The state of the art home features an elevator that will bring him to his door from the parking structure, glass walls, touch screen control systems throughout the house and a massive swimming pool.
