Kylie Jenner Is Youngest Self-made Billionaire

Kylie Jenner is celebrating after becoming the youngest self-made billionaire at 21.
The reality TV star-turned-entrepreneur recently became a billionaire, according to a new Forbes magazine report.
“I didn’t expect anything,” the new mom told Forbes. “I did not foresee the future, but it (the recognition) feels really good. That’s a nice pat on the back.”
Her story features in Forbes’ The Billionaires 2019 issue.
Kylie’s success comes in large part due to her partnership with beauty retailer Ulta, which enabled her to take the Kylie Cosmetics make-up brand international, and her success as a social media icon.
“It’s the power of social media. I had such a strong reach before I was able to start anything,” she explained.
According to Forbes, Jenner’s business operates with a team that consists of just seven full-time and five part-time employees, while her mother, business savvy Kris Jenner, handles the finances and publicity in exchange for 10 per cent of the profits.
Kylie credits her success to her work ethic, adding, “I see it (Kylie Cosmetics) going very far. I work really hard.”
The news comes a week after reports suggesting her romance with rapper Travis Scott is in tatters following a cheating scandal.
The couple, parents to one-year-old daughter Stormi, allegedly fell out last week amid speculation that Kylie had accused Travis of cheating on her while on tour.
The news surfaced after the hip-hop star blamed illness for canceling a Thursday night gig in Buffalo, New York, although reports suggested he had actually pulled the show so he could stay in Los Angeles to work things out with Kylie.
In an unprecedented move, the typically-private rapper then issued a statement about the allegations, insisting they were false.
“Travis Scott vehemently denies he cheated on Kylie. It is not true. He did not cheat,” his representative said. “He canceled one show tonight because he is under the weather.”
Travis returned to the stage at Madison Square Garden in New York on Saturday, and although he didn’t directly address the drama, he urged fans to always “remember to keep your family first” as he closed the concert with Sicko Mode, and walked offstage after adding a sweet shout out to Kylie, saying, “Love you, wifey”.
The couple has been dating since the spring of 2017.
