Gwyneth Paltrow is at the center of a new legal spat filed by a man she crashed into while skiing in Utah.
Terry Sanderson has sued the actress and bosses at the Deer Valley Resort over an incident in February, 2016.
In documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff claims Paltrow was out of control on the slopes, knocked him over from behind and them sped off, leaving her instructor to approach Sanderson and accuse him of causing the collision.
Sanderson has also accused the instructor of filed a false accident report in an attempt to protect Paltrow.
He says he suffered a concussion, a brain injury and four broken ribs and now he is suing for loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress, disfigurement and medical expenses.
Sanderson is asking a judge to award him damages in excess of $3.1 million.
